The new Civil Code, in a useful volume, in accessible language.

The volume “Codul civil – 2011 – pe înțelesul tuturor” (“The Civil Code – 2011 – to everyone’s understanding”), authored by Savin & Asociații and offered to the general public in partnership with the “Adevărul” newspaper, is one of the projects dear to us. It allowed us to explain, in accessible language, the texts of the law of the new Civil Code, which entered into force on October 1, 2011, regulating private persons, family, property and inheritance. In the 464 pages, we brought clarity to the absolute novelties, as well as to the essential changes in the Civil Code. Hence, we were happy to contribute to the evolution of our field with all our experience and skills.

Published in partnership with the “Adevărul” newspaper, the volume “Codul Muncii 2011, pe înțelesul tuturor” (“2011 Labour Code, to everyone’s understanding”) includes both the text of the Labour Code entered into force in 2011, and our explanations and annotations to the most important provisions of the new law. We had the satisfaction to proactively contribute to a better understanding of the Romanian business environment legislation, clarifying issues such as reducing the working week, the notice period, the rest leave and fractions thereof.
