Our team’s experience in the field of contentious administrative matters focuses on litigation, especially on administrative and tax litigation. We have successfully represented companies against the Romanian State, specifically against the National Agency of Tax Administration, both before the trial courts and the courts trialling the remedies at law.

We have welcomed in our area of expertise matters of public law – constitutional law, the exercise of legislative initiative, drafting of normative acts and drafting of recitals / substantiation notes, public international law (including the initiation of major projects aiming at the public domain), assistance and representation with regard to regulation and procedures concerning public authorities.

Relating to public procurement procedures, we have dealt with all types of public tender procedures, open public tender procedures, competitive negotiation and single source negotiation, calls for tenders, tendering solutions, issuance of legal opinions on the legal provisions concerning the award of procurement agreements, public works concession agreements and service concession agreements.
