We have assisted, for more than 10 years, one of the most important distributors of medicines on the Romanian market, in carrying its current business, strictly analysing this industry’s specific legislation. We have prepared multiple types of agreements with some of the largest manufacturers in the world, designing from the lease agreements for the pharmaceutical centres and up to complex agreements for the distribution of medicines.

We provided advice on the impact of the clawback fee on the client’s business. We performed the analysis from both the perspective of its implementation (manufacturers, distributors, pharmacies), and in terms of avoiding disputes with National Health Insurance Fund, or its effects.
