Cătălina is a fully qualified lawyer, with 4 years of experience in the profession and multidisciplinary training in law and economics, with a proven capacity of exceeding expectations.

In her professional activity, Cătălina has represented and assisted clients in various areas of practice, especially in litigation concerning insolvency proceedings, civil law (real rights, agreements, enforcement proceedings), business law, administrative and tax litigation or labour law.

Among the notable projects in which she was involved, it should be mentioned the management of extensive insolvency proceedings, in which she sought to comply with the rights of debtors or to capitalize on claims held by creditors, ensuring compliance with legal provisions in the field.

During the tax law disputes in which she was involved, Cătălina obtained favourable solutions, for annulment of the tax decisions issued without observance of the tax provisions in force, by which burdensome payment obligations were established for the economic agents.
